Delivery
Quickly and easily have your delivery conveniently delivered to your home. We deliver the items listed on our website https://www.pineapple-style.com by mail, as well as DPD, GLS, UPS and DHL directly to your home. We deliver to customers all over Europe and for all orders from CHF/EUR 60* (except Europe 4 - over EUR 100) and up to 30 kg the shipping is free of charge (applies only to standard shipping). With an order the indicated final price applies inclusive value added tax and the forwarding expenses.
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Deliveries are usually sent in 2 - 7 days after receipt of payment, depending on the destination country. If the goods are not in stock, always note the final information on the order. Unless otherwise stated and not in stock, the goods will be delivered within 2-6 weeks. You will be notified of the current delivery time for your order.
Order processing time:
Standard shipping: We usually need 1–2 business days to process your order.
Premium shipping: Processing time is typically 0–1 business days.
Processing time starts once we’ve received your complete order or payment (in case of prepayment).

Please note that delivery can only be made on working days. No deliveries are made at weekends or on public holidays.
- If you have ordered several items, they will be delivered in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you.
- If items are not in stock, they will be shipped in partial packages. The delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
- As soon as the shipment is handed over to the delivery company, you will receive a notification with the respective information.
- If you do not accept a package or do not pick it up at the post office, which can happen for reasons such as vacation or disinterest in the ordered product, the shipping costs will not be refunded to you.
- If you request the product to be re-delivered, the shipping costs for this re-delivery must be paid. We reserve the right to wait for the payment of these shipping costs before resending the product. We may also exercise the right to withdraw from the contract. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund you the purchase price of the goods, but not the cost of shipping the goods back and forth.
- If shipping charges were not shown separately but were included in the sales price, the sales price may be reduced by the actual shipping charges incurred. Likewise, costs such as storage fees may be deducted from the purchase price.
- If the contents of your shipment are damaged or parts are missing, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Please send us 4-5 photos of the packaging and the damaged items.
- Important: A transport damage can be either visible or hidden, depending on whether only the packaging or also the contents have been damaged.
- Please inspect each package carefully upon receipt!
- If a package arrives visibly damaged (open transport damage), please refuse acceptance and additionally document this with the delivery person (photos, emails, etc.).
- However, hidden transport damage can occur when the packaging is externally intact, but the contents are damaged and this damage is only visible after opening the packaging.
In this case, please proceed as follows:
a. Request the damage report form from us via email and fill it out completely.
b. Print out the completed form and sign it, then submit it along with the damaged shipment (including all components present) at a post office (DHL, UPS, etc.).
c. After the damage has been assessed at the relevant package center, you will receive the inspection result in approximately 10-15 days after we receive your claim.
d. Afterward, you will either receive a replacement item or a refund of the purchase price.
Please note:
- Damage or loss of contents must be reported in writing within 5 days of delivery.
- The damaged parts may not be disposed of without our prior consent.
