We currently offer the following payment methods:

  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer
  • TWINT
  • Pineapple Style Gift Gard / Vouchercode

All payments will be settled in Swiss Francs (CHF) or EURO (EUR) depending on your choice. All prices include the applicable value added tax.

CREDIT CARD

You may incur transfer and processing fees from your respective bank. We will not refund these fees. The invoice amount will be charged to your credit card immediately upon receipt of your order.

In the order step "Payment" please select "Pay with card". Please enter your card details in the payment field or use the link for express payment. We offer a secure payment. The payment is made with SSL encryption, which protects your card data against tampering.

Please note that all credits from returns will always be charged back to the credit card used for the purchase.

PAYPAL

You can choose an alternative payment method via PayPal. In the order step "Payment" please select "Pay with PayPal" . You will be automatically redirected to PayPal. As a PayPal customer you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you don't have an account with PayPal yet, you can open one right now and confirm the payment accordingly.

Please note that all credits from returns will always be credited back to the PayPal account used for the purchase.

BANK TRANSFER

You may incur transfer and processing fees from your respective bank. We will not refund these fees. The invoice amount should be transferred to our bank account within 7 (seven) days. Your order will be shipped only after we have received your payment.

PINEAPPLE STYLE GIFT CARD OR VOUCHER CODE

You can use your gift card or voucher code as an alternative payment method. Before you place the order, please enter your code in the shopping cart under "Redeem Code" and then click on "Add". If the amount of the order exceeds the value of your gift card or voucher code, please select the payment method you would like to use to pay the remaining amount of the order.

Please note that we reserve the right to block a gift card or voucher code if it is misused.
