We offer you a 28-day return guarantee with free return shipping through the respective shipping provider.

We focus on customer satisfaction and want you to be happy with your order. If this is not the case, you have the option to return it within 28 days.

The return period refers to calendar days and begins on the day the goods are delivered to the customer. It is only guaranteed if the goods are returned in due time and in their original packaging. The date of the postmark is valid. For the forwarding articles an appointment is agreed upon after consultation with the salesman and the commodity is fetched accordingly.

Excluded from the right of return are, because of the sensitive product quality, living plants as well as dry plants, unless these goods were delivered to the customer with obvious transport damage. In this case, you are obliged to immediately complain to the carrier or the post office and refuse to accept the goods. You are therefore obliged in this case to obtain a damage confirmation from the parcel carrier and to report all transport damage immediately to us, if possible with photographic evidence.

However, a mandatory condition for exercising the right of return is that the goods are returned complete, in their original condition with the original etiquette, intact and without damage in the original sales packaging. You have the opportunity to inspect the goods, try them out and test them. If the goods are used beyond this inspection and this results in signs of use or other deterioration and damage to the purchased goods, the seller reserves the right to refuse to take back the goods damaged by the customer. The customer bears the transport risk when returning the goods.

The right of return does not apply to the purchase of gift cards (gift vouchers).

When returning goods, we offer our registered customers the possibility to fill in the return reason in our shop via "My Returns" in "My Account" and thus request the return. For all guest orders, a return label can be requested from customer service.

The return is free of charge, we bear your costs.

In 3 simple steps your return is ready to be sent:

1. Return the goods complete, in their intact condition and without damage in the original packaging with the original labels.

2. Please fill in the reason for return online via "My return" in "My account".

If you purchased as a guest, please contact our customer service at customer@pineapple-style.com .

3. Simply stick the return label on the package and your package is ready to be shipped!

The return label will be:

- for returns from Switzerland and Liechtenstein: enclosed with each package. The package can be dropped off at any postal office.

If you did not get a return label enclosed in the package, please contact our customer service at: customer@pineapple-style.com.

- for returns from the EU: sent to the customer by e-mail after the return request. The package can be dropped off at the respective shipping provider in your country.

Afterwards, the paid purchase price will be credited back to you after the return has been examined. The refund will always be made to the account you used for payment. If the goods were paid by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated PayPal - or credit card account.

The original delivery costs will not be refunded.

Note: 

Compliance with these conditions does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal (see Article 10 of the GTCs.) and this remains in force regardless of these conditions. Until the end of the period for the statutory right of withdrawal, only the statutory provisions set forth therein shall apply. Furthermore, this contractually granted (voluntary) right of return does not affect the statutory warranty rights, which continue to exist in full.
